Instead of any other social media method, I've mostly been posting on facebook for the last few years (or The Facebutt, as we call it around here), largely just as a default for re-sharing things. I have lots of people I'm only really in touch with through there. But I have a lot of reasons to dislike FB, and the way it barely shows you the posts you most want to see, and also have lots of people I like staying in touch with who are definitely not on FB. Having been reminded of this platform via the virtual Wiscon last weekend, I am returning.
I really enjoyed the virtual Wiscon, and one of the things I always particularly like is the vid party. I couldn't stay up for the whole of it, but for the few hours I watched, these were a few of the vids I particularly liked.
Harry Potter featuring McGonagall, "I am the one who will remember everything":

Professor Marston & the Wonder Women, "Stray Italian Greyhound":

Pointed and potentially painful, re: Queer Erasure, "Straightening up the House":

Also pointed and potentially painful, re: Women in Tech, "Pipeline":

(This one has fairly amazing source documentation)
